The Logistics
- Once the payment is processed, you will receive a calendar to fill with the dates of your choice.
- Once you have completed the three sessions, you will receive the certificate of completion, signed by Françoise Rapp, in the post.

Cancellation Policy
To be eligible for a refund, cancellations must be received in writing by mail no later than 48 hours before the meeting’s start date. Cancellation requests must be sent to contact@francoise-rapp.com, and Françoise will reply with a written acknowledgment.
